One of my big goals for this time off of work is to get in more exercise during the day and hopefully drop a few pounds. Heaven knows that after sitting on my derrière for a year and a half while working at the law firm that I put on a little extra weight. Anyway, so it is not so easy to figure out how to get a workout in around Clara's sleeping schedule and still have the time to shower and clean up each day.
Then I remembered how my sisters and I used to "workout" to Richard Simmons' "Sweatin' to the Oldies". Bahahaha, good times.
I ended up buying Jillian Michael's "Ripped in 30". Her workout is freaking tough and I am kind of dying. It is a big step up from Mr. Simmon's sequined tank-top routines.
This is the sexiest photo you will likely ever see on this blog. I will not be posting any before and afters, thankyouverymuch, but I'm definitely noticing a change in my biceps. Now if only my stomach and thighs would get in gear...
But your readers want to see before and afters! How else will we know if we should buy the video too? :)
